Delivery Policy

Zubehor Online Store can deliver Malaysia wide. We can also deliver neighboring countries on request. But please contact us for an international order before placing your order.

All packages will be sent via City Link, Pos Express or Pos Laju, . Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling or email our customer service personnel within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Logistic Company need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Logistic Company’s branch for a claim to be filed.

All Postage and handling costs will be varied based on the item dimension and weight.

We endeavor to have all orders dispatched within 3 or 4 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed. 

We will provide the Carrier tracking number in the customer's account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with our assigned Carrier if necessary.
